CISD Guide Card Set
These laminated cards give appropriate "prompts" for carrying out a Critical Incident Stress Debriefing. Cards contain prompts for each of the 7 phases, and for conducting a Post Action Staff Support. They are connected with a split ring which allows you to quickly separate them for distributing to your team for conducting a CISD. The card set(s) will be mailed to the address you specify on checkout.
